Sautéed Mushrooms with Spinach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
02 - 1 pound mushrooms, sliced (cremini or button).
03 - 4 cups fresh spinach.
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional).
08 - Red pepper flakes (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Clean and slice mushrooms, wash spinach, mince garlic, juice lemon.
02 - Heat oil and sauté mushrooms 5-7 minutes until browned.
03 - Add minced garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Add spinach, season with salt and pepper, finish with lemon juice.

# Notes:

01 - Can add cream for richer variation.
02 - Optional red pepper flakes for heat.
