Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Sausage Gravy

01 - 1 package (16 oz) breakfast sausage
02 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 cups milk
04 - Ground black pepper, to taste

→ For the Pizza Base

05 - 1 pre-baked pizza crust (12-inch)
06 - 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)

→ For the Eggs

07 - 6 eggs
08 - ¼ cup milk
09 - Cooking spray

→ Topping

10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or more if desired)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook sausage in skillet until browned, 5-7 minutes. Add flour and stir. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened, about 10 minutes. Season with pepper.
02 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pizza crust on baking sheet, brush with olive oil if using. Spread half the sausage gravy over crust.
03 - Whisk eggs with milk. Cook in sprayed skillet until just set, about 5 minutes.
04 - Spread scrambled eggs over gravy layer. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - Bake for 10-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
