Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

# Ingredients:

3-4 cups cauliflower florets.

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

1 teaspoon paprika.

1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

2 tablespoons melted butter.
# Instructions:

Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss florets in melted butter, then coat with mixture of Parmesan, paprika and pepper.

Place in single layer on greased baking sheet.

Bake 20 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
# Notes:

Can use air fryer at 390°F for 20 minutes.

Add fresh herbs before serving if desired.

Can customize spices to taste.
