Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 cups cauliflower florets.
02 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 2 tablespoons melted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - Toss florets in melted butter, then coat with mixture of Parmesan, paprika and pepper.
03 - Place in single layer on greased baking sheet.
04 - Bake 20 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Can use air fryer at 390°F for 20 minutes.
02 - Add fresh herbs before serving if desired.
03 - Can customize spices to taste.
