Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning according to the packet instructions. Set aside to cool slightly.

Roll out the Pillsbury Pizza Dough on a floured surface and cut it into 10 equal rectangles. Spoon a portion of the seasoned beef onto each rectangle, then place a halved cheese stick on top.

Roll the dough around the beef and cheese, pinching the edges tightly to seal. Place the assembled taco sticks seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush this mixture generously over each taco stick for added flavor and a golden finish.
