# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb. ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix
03 - 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
04 - 5 colby jack and cheddar cheese sticks, halved
05 - 4 tbsp butter, melted
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp dried parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning according to the packet instructions. Set aside to cool slightly.
03 - Roll out the Pillsbury Pizza Dough on a floured surface and cut it into 10 equal rectangles. Spoon a portion of the seasoned beef onto each rectangle, then place a halved cheese stick on top.
04 - Roll the dough around the beef and cheese, pinching the edges tightly to seal. Place the assembled taco sticks seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush this mixture generously over each taco stick for added flavor and a golden finish.
06 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through. Allow the taco sticks to cool slightly before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For extra spice, add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
02 - Freeze unbaked taco sticks for up to 1 month. Bake directly from frozen, adding 3–5 minutes to the cooking time.
03 - Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping!
