Gooey bite-sized pizza treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 tablespoons butter, for greasing the pan
02 - 16 ½ oz can of biscuit dough (465 g)
03 - Marinara sauce
04 - Sliced pepperoni
05 - 8 oz ball of mozzarella cheese (225 g), cut into cubes

→ Garlic Butter Topping

06 - Butter, melted
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Pepper, to taste
10 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
11 - Shredded Parmesan cheese, for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Fire up the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grab a baking sheet, lay down some parchment paper, and grease it up with butter.
02 - Cut each biscuit in half. Press your thumb into each half to make a little circle - think mini pizza bases!
03 - Drop a bit of marinara sauce in the middle of each round, then add a slice of pepperoni and a cube of that gooey mozzarella.
04 - Pull up the edges of the dough and pinch them together at the top. Make sure there aren't any holes where the cheesy goodness could escape! Place your sealed pizza bombs on the baking sheet.
05 - Mix together some melted butter, minced garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
06 - Brush each pizza bomb with your butter mixture and sprinkle some Parmesan on top. Pop them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until they're golden brown and looking irresistible.
07 - Let them cool just enough so you don't burn your mouth, then serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Watch them disappear!

# Notes:

01 - These pizza bombs are perfect for game day snacks or a fun weekend lunch!
02 - You can customize the fillings with your favorite pizza toppings - try ham and pineapple, or go veggie with bell peppers and onions.
