Bang Bang Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb salmon, cubed.
02 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
03 - 1/4 cup cornstarch.
04 - 2 eggs, beaten.
05 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
06 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce.
07 - 1 tablespoon sriracha.
08 - 1 teaspoon honey.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Season salmon cubes with salt and pepper.
02 - Dredge salmon in cornstarch, then egg, then panko crumbs.
03 - Bake 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy. Or fry until crispy.
04 - Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
05 - Toss crispy salmon in sauce and serve right away.

01 - Adjust sriracha for desired spiciness.
02 - Serve with rice or vegetables.
