# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb ground chicken
02 - 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
03 - ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
04 - ¼ cup breadcrumbs
05 - ¼ cup finely chopped onion
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
08 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
10 - Olive oil, for cooking
11 - 4 burger buns
12 - Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, or extra cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until evenly combined.
02 - Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, about ¾-inch thick.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Alternatively, grill them over medium heat for the same amount of time.
04 - Transfer the cooked patties to a plate and let them rest for a few minutes. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on buns with your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato slices, or extra cheese. Serve and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs and buns or serve in lettuce wraps.
02 - Grill the burgers for a smoky flavor instead of pan-frying.
03 - Freeze uncooked patties on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 3 months. Cook directly from frozen, adding 2–3 minutes to the cooking time.
