Sweet Chili Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 bone-in chicken thighs.
02 - 1 tablespoon avocado oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon lemon pepper.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
07 - 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce.
08 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
09 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
10 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat air fryer or oven to 375°F. Pat chicken thighs dry.
02 - Mix oil and seasonings, rub evenly over chicken thighs.
03 - Air fry 15 minutes or oven roast 20 minutes at 400°F skin-side down.
04 - Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
05 - Baste chicken multiple times with glaze, cook additional 10 minutes to 165°F.
06 - Optionally broil 2-3 minutes for extra caramelization.

01 - Pat chicken dry for crispiness.
02 - Can use air fryer or oven.
