Seafood Bread Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large round bread loaf (sourdough or Italian).
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined, chopped.
04 - 1/2 pound crab meat.
05 - 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped.
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped.
08 - 1/4 cup celery, chopped.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
12 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
13 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened.
14 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
15 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
16 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
17 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Cut top off bread loaf and hollow out center.
02 - Sauté onion, garlic, pepper and celery in oil until soft, about 5 minutes.
03 - Add shrimp and crab, cook 3-4 minutes until shrimp is pink.
04 - Add seasonings, cream, cream cheese and other cheeses until melted and combined.
05 - Fill bread bowl with mixture, bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
06 - Add lemon juice and parsley. Serve warm.
