S'mores Marshmallow Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup mini marshmallows.
02 - 1 cup dark chocolate, melted.
03 - 1 cup white chocolate, melted.
04 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs.
05 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Dip marshmallows in melted dark chocolate. Chill 10 minutes until set.
03 - Dip dark chocolate coated marshmallows in white chocolate.
04 - Roll each truffle in graham cracker crumbs while chocolate is still wet.
05 - Return to baking sheet and refrigerate 10-15 minutes until set.

# Notes:

01 - Let each chocolate layer set completely.
02 - Can add extracts for different flavors.
03 - Use quality chocolate for best results.
