Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Shrimp

01 - 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For the Garlic Butter

05 - 1/2 cup butter, softened
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ For Assembly

09 - 8 slices sourdough bread
10 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese
11 - 1 cup cheddar cheese
12 - Fresh herbs for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in pan, add minced garlic and shrimp. Cook until pink (Jack's favorite part!).
02 - Mix softened butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, and salt until well combined.
03 - Spread garlic butter on outside of bread slices (Aliana loves spreading butter!).
04 - On inside of bread, layer mozzarella cheese, cooked shrimp, and cheddar cheese.
05 - Heat skillet over medium-low heat. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
06 - Let sandwiches rest briefly before cutting. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
