Dissolve coffee in hot water. Add butter, sugar, honey and bring to boil until butter melts. Cool 10-15 minutes.

Mix in vanilla, allspice, nutmeg and anise to cooled mixture.

Whisk in eggs, baking soda dissolved in vinegar, and baking powder until fizzy.

Add flour and mix well. Let rest covered for 4 hours or overnight.

Form 1 tablespoon balls, bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes.

Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Dip cooled cookies and let dry completely.
