Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls (Print Version)

01 - 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 pound hot pork sausage, uncooked
03 - 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
04 - 1 1⁄2 cups Bisquick baking mix
05 - 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
06 - 1⁄4 cup finely chopped green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and lump-free.
03 - Add sausage and mix by hand until mostly combined. Add Rotel, Bisquick, cheese, and onions and mix gently until well blended.
04 - Portion mixture into 1-inch balls (walnut-sized) and place on prepared baking sheets with space between each.
05 - Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
06 - Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm, with dipping sauces if desired.
