Preheat oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and lump-free.

Add sausage and mix by hand until mostly combined. Add Rotel, Bisquick, cheese, and onions and mix gently until well blended.

Portion mixture into 1-inch balls (walnut-sized) and place on prepared baking sheets with space between each.

Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
