Philly Cheesesteak with Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 medium onion, sliced.
04 - 1 bell pepper, sliced.
05 - 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced.
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.
08 - 4 hoagie rolls.
09 - 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced.
10 - Worcestershire sauce to taste (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté onions and peppers in oil 5-7 minutes until tender. Add mushrooms and garlic, cook 5 minutes more.
02 - Push vegetables aside, add steak with seasonings. Cook 3-4 minutes until browned.
03 - Mix steak and vegetables together in pan.
04 - Fill rolls with mixture, top with provolone cheese.
05 - Broil 2-4 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - Can add jalapeños for heat.
02 - Try different cheese varieties.
03 - Mushrooms are optional.
