Mini Tater Tot Cheeseburgers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - Salt and pepper to taste.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
05 - 24 tater tots, cooked crispy.
06 - 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into squares.
07 - 12 small pickle slices.
08 - 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced.
09 - Lettuce leaves, cut small.
10 - Mayonnaise for serving.
11 - Ketchup for serving.
12 - Toothpicks for assembly.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Form into 1-inch mini patties.
02 - Cook mini patties 2-3 minutes per side. Add cheese squares in last minute to melt.
03 - Put mayo on tater tot, add lettuce, cheeseburger, tomato and pickle. Top with second tot.
04 - Secure with toothpicks and arrange on platter. Serve with extra ketchup and mayo.
