Mini McGriddle Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups pancake mix.
02 - 1 1/2 cups water.
03 - 1 lb breakfast sausage.
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - 1/4 cup pure maple syrup.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Grease mini muffin tin. Cook and crumble sausage, drain fat.
02 - Stir pancake mix and water until smooth. Add cooked sausage, cheese, and maple syrup.
03 - Pour batter into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
04 - Cook 12-15 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
05 - Let cool few minutes before removing from tin. Serve with extra syrup if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Try different cheeses or maple sausage for variety.
02 - Keeps 4 days in fridge or 3 months frozen.
03 - Great with fruit or yogurt.
