Low-Carb Chocolate Cottage Cheese Mousse (Print Version)

01 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese (preferably full-fat)
02 - 1-2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 1-2 tsp powdered sweetener of choice
04 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
05 - 1-2 tbsp melted dark chocolate (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
02 - If using melted dark chocolate, pour into blended mixture and pulse again until fully incorporated.
03 - Transfer mousse to serving bowls. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
04 - Top with sprinkle of cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries if desired.
