Lobster Garlic Butter Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lobster tails, cut into pieces.
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
05 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest.
06 - 1/4 cup white wine (optional).
07 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped.
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut lobster tails lengthwise, remove meat and cut into bite-sized pieces.
02 - Heat oil in skillet over medium-high. Cook lobster 2-3 minutes until just opaque. Remove and set aside.
03 - Melt butter in same skillet. Sauté garlic 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
04 - Add lemon juice, zest, wine, and paprika. Simmer 2-3 minutes until reduced.
05 - Return lobster to skillet, toss in sauce for 1-2 minutes to blend flavors.
06 - Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

# Notes:

01 - Can substitute shrimp for lobster.
02 - Add cream for richer sauce.
03 - Serve as appetizer or with salad.
