Jalapeno Popper Cheese Ball (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - 2 tablespoons sour cream.
03 - 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (reserve 1/2 cup).
07 - 10 slices crispy bacon, chopped (reserve half).
08 - 2 jalapenos, minced (reserve half).
09 - 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (reserve half).

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese, sour cream and seasonings until smooth. Mix in 1 1/2 cups cheddar and half of bacon, jalapenos, and onions.
02 - Combine remaining cheese, bacon, jalapenos and onions in a bag. Refrigerate until needed.
03 - Place mixture on plastic wrap and shape into ball. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
04 - Roll chilled cheese ball in reserved topping mixture 20 minutes before serving.
