Cut fish (without skin) into finger-long pieces, about 1 inch thick.

Marinate fish with lemon juice, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt for 15 minutes.

Blend coriander, ginger, garlic, chilies, cumin, mustard seeds, black pepper with water into paste. Coat fish and marinate 15-20 minutes.

Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.

Dip each piece first in flour, then egg, finally breadcrumbs.

Lightly oil air fryer basket. Arrange coated fish with space between pieces. Brush with oil.

Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
