Air Fryer Fish Fingers (Indian Style) (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Fish and First Marinade

01 - 250 Gms Salmon Fillet or Cod/Tilapia
02 - 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
03 - 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
04 - 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
05 - 1/2 Tsp Salt

→ For Second Marinade

06 - 1 Cup Coriander Leaves
07 - 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
08 - 1/4 Tsp Black Mustard Seeds
09 - 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
10 - 1 Inch Ginger
11 - 5-6 Garlic Cloves
12 - 2 Green Chillies

→ For Coating

13 - 1 Large Egg
14 - 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
15 - 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
16 - 1 Tsp Olive Oil for brushing

# Instructions:

01 - Cut fish (without skin) into finger-long pieces, about 1 inch thick.
02 - Marinate fish with lemon juice, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt for 15 minutes.
03 - Blend coriander, ginger, garlic, chilies, cumin, mustard seeds, black pepper with water into paste. Coat fish and marinate 15-20 minutes.
04 - Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.
05 - Dip each piece first in flour, then egg, finally breadcrumbs.
06 - Lightly oil air fryer basket. Arrange coated fish with space between pieces. Brush with oil.
07 - Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
08 - Serve hot with favorite sauce and lemon wedges.

01 - Cut fish evenly for uniform cooking
02 - Internal temperature should reach 145°F (70°C)
03 - Spice level can be adjusted to taste
