# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup honey.
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce.
03 - 3/4 teaspoon chili flakes.
04 - 2 chicken breasts (500g/18oz total).
05 - 2 teaspoons paprika.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
12 - 35g plain flour.
13 - 2 eggs, beaten.
14 - 65g panko breadcrumbs.
15 - 6-8 tablespoons vegetable oil.
16 - 200g feta cheese, crumbled.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix honey, hot sauce and chili flakes. Warm briefly and let cool.
02 - Slice chicken breasts horizontally to make 4 pieces. Mix seasonings.
03 - Prepare flour with half seasonings, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs in separate dishes.
04 - Coat chicken in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs, ensuring thorough coverage.
05 - Cook in hot oil 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
06 - Top with crumbled feta and broil until golden.
07 - Drizzle with hot honey and serve.
