Glazed Honey Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Salmon

01 - 1 ½ lb salmon, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1 teaspoon paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - ¾ teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

→ For the Sauce

08 - 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
09 - 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
10 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
11 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
12 - ¼ cup honey

→ For Garnish

13 - 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
14 - 2 teaspoons chopped chives

# Instructions:

01 - Pat dry salmon cubes, season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon oil and massage to coat.
02 - Heat skillet with oil. Cook salmon in batches until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes, flipping often.
03 - In same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger in remaining oil. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Simmer 3-5 minutes until thickened.
04 - Return salmon to skillet, toss with sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and chives. Serve over rice.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made in air fryer at 390°F for 7-9 minutes
02 - Pat salmon dry for better browning
03 - Can marinate salmon for 30-60 minutes for extra flavor
