Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Roasted Carrots

01 - 1 pound baby carrots (or regular carrots, peeled and cut into sticks)
02 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 3 tablespoons honey
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - If using regular carrots, peel and cut into even-sized sticks for uniform cooking.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Place carrots on baking sheet and drizzle with honey garlic mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
05 - Spread carrots in single layer on baking sheet.
06 - Roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
07 - Transfer to serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
