Combine flour, both sugars, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk until well blended.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, honey, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour into dry mixture, stirring until just combined.

Fold in chopped pecans. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack.
