Sweet Alabama Pecan Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
04 - 1 tsp baking powder
05 - 1/2 tsp salt
06 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
07 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

→ Wet Ingredients

08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
10 - 1/4 cup honey
11 - 1/2 cup whole milk
12 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Mix-ins

13 - 1 cup chopped pecans

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
02 - Combine flour, both sugars, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk until well blended.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, honey, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour into dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
04 - Fold in chopped pecans. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack.
