Cheesy Hamburger Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 pounds ground beef.
02 - 1 yellow onion, diced.
03 - 4 pounds russet potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch.
04 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese.
05 - 10.75 oz can condensed cheddar soup.
06 - 12 oz can evaporated milk.
07 - 1/2 cup milk.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13 dish. Brown beef with onions, drain fat.
02 - Layer potatoes, beef, and cheese four times, seasoning each layer.
03 - Mix cheddar soup, milks, and garlic powder until smooth. Pour over layers.
04 - Cover with foil, bake 60 minutes. Uncover, bake 15 more minutes until golden.
