Ham Tetrazzini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces spaghetti.
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
03 - 1/2 medium onion, diced.
04 - 6 ounces mushrooms, sliced.
05 - 1 can (10.75-ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup.
06 - 1/2 cup milk.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham.
10 - 1 cup frozen peas, thawed.
11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
12 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
13 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
03 - Sauté onion and mushrooms in butter until tender.
04 - Add soup, milk, salt, and pepper, stirring until smooth.
05 - Mix in ham, peas, cheese, and cooked spaghetti.
06 - Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs, bake 20-25 minutes.
