Pecan Pie Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 1 cup light brown sugar, packed.
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
06 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans.
10 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
11 - 1 cup caramel sauce.
12 - 1/4 cup maple syrup.
13 - Pecan halves for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
03 - Whisk flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Gradually add to wet mixture.
04 - Fold chopped pecans into dough until evenly distributed.
05 - Drop rounded tablespoons onto baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
06 - Warm caramel sauce with maple syrup until smooth.
07 - Once cookies cool, drizzle with caramel mixture and top each with a pecan half.
