Soft & Gooey Muffin Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 cup milk
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Cream Cheese Filling

10 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
11 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar

→ Toppings

12 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar mixture (for topping)
13 - Optional: 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners for easy cleanup.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon until evenly combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.
04 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Gently stir until just combined—be careful not to overmix, as this can result in dense muffins.
05 - In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
06 - Fill each muffin liner halfway with the batter. Add a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center, then top with more batter to cover the filling completely. Sprinkle the tops with the cinnamon sugar mixture for added flavor and texture.
07 - Bake the muffins for 18–20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the muffin (not the cream cheese center) comes out clean.
08 - Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate for an extra touch of sweetness before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing with powdered sugar for a smooth, lump-free filling.
02 - Avoid overfilling the muffin liners to prevent overflow during baking.
03 - For extra cinnamon flavor, swirl some cinnamon sugar into the batter before adding the cream cheese filling.
