Cheesy Garlic Bread Philly Style (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Garlic Bread

01 - 1 large French bread loaf, halved lengthwise
02 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
06 - Pinch of salt

→ For the Cheesesteak Filling

07 - 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
08 - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
09 - 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
10 - 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
11 - 2 tbsp olive oil
12 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
13 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
14 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For the Cheese Topping

15 - 2 cups shredded provolone cheese

→ Optional Garnishes

16 - Red pepper flakes
17 - Fresh parsley or chives

# Instructions:

01 - Mix softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl until well combined. Spread evenly on halved French bread and bake at 375°F for 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.
02 - Brown the sliced steak in olive oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, cook onions and peppers until soft. Return steak to pan, add Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
03 - Top toasted garlic bread with the steak mixture and shredded provolone. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and gets bubbly.
04 - Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs or red pepper flakes if desired, then slice and serve while hot.
