Fried Cheese Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb mozzarella cheese, cubed.
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 large eggs, beaten.
04 - 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs.
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - Oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut mozzarella into bite-sized cubes.
02 - Set up three bowls: flour in first, beaten eggs in second, and breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings in third.
03 - Coat each cheese cube in flour, then egg, then seasoned breadcrumbs. Make sure they're fully covered.
04 - Heat 2 inches oil in deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
05 - Cook cheese bites in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, turning for even cooking.
06 - Remove with slotted spoon onto paper towels. Serve hot.

01 - Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
