crispy Hashbrowns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4-5 large potatoes, grated.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
04 - Salt and pepper to taste.
05 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
07 - 2 tablespoons chives, chopped.
08 - 4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled.
09 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped.
10 - 1/4 cup melted butter (optional).
11 - 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Grate potatoes and squeeze out moisture in kitchen towel.
02 - Mix potatoes with oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
03 - Spread on lined baking sheet, press down. Bake 20-25 minutes, flipping once, until crispy.
04 - Top with cheddar and bake 3-5 minutes more until melted.
05 - Drizzle with butter if using, top with sour cream, bacon, onions, chives and optional mozzarella.

# Notes:

01 - Squeeze potatoes very dry for crispiness.
02 - Can use frozen hashbrowns as shortcut.
