Creamy Garlic Baby Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb baby potatoes, halved.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon butter.
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
06 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan.
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss halved potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on sheet.
03 - Cook potatoes 25-30 minutes until golden, turning halfway.
04 - Melt butter, cook garlic 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
05 - Add cream, simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened. Stir in Parmesan.
