# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lump crab meat.
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, plus extra for rolling.
03 - 1 egg, lightly beaten.
04 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
05 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
06 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
07 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional).
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
11 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional).
12 - Salt and pepper to taste.
13 - 1 cup vegetable oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Check crab meat for any shells, keeping lumps intact.
02 - Combine crab, breadcrumbs, egg, mayo, mustard, and seasonings gently.
03 - Shape mixture into 1-1.5 inch balls and coat with extra breadcrumbs.
04 - Heat oil to 350°F in a deep skillet.
05 - Cook in batches 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
06 - Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
