Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces linguine.
02 - 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces.
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
08 - 4 tablespoons cowboy butter, divided.
09 - 3/4 cup heavy cream.
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt for sauce.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.
13 - Lemon slices for garnish.
14 - Parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil salted water, cook linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Season chicken with spices. Cook in oil 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Add 2 tablespoons cowboy butter while cooking.
03 - Remove chicken to plate, cover to keep warm.
04 - Add remaining butter, cream, garlic salt, and pepper flakes. Scrape up brown bits.
05 - Add pasta and chicken back to pan, toss in sauce. Add lemon juice.
06 - Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
