# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large eggs, separated.
02 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese, blended smooth.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional).
06 - 1 teaspoon honey (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 300°F. Line baking sheet with parchment. Separate eggs.
02 - Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
03 - Combine yolks, blended cottage cheese, salt, and optional ingredients until smooth.
04 - Carefully fold whites into yolk mixture in thirds, maintaining air.
05 - Shape into 6-8 rounds. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
