Chinese Ground Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 4 cups sliced green cabbage.
03 - 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced.
04 - 4 green onions, chopped.
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 1 inch ginger, minced.
07 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
08 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
10 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.
12 - Cooked rice for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
02 - Cook garlic and ginger 30 seconds until fragrant.
03 - Add beef, break apart and brown 5-7 minutes.
04 - Cook mushrooms 3-4 minutes, then add cabbage and cook 5-7 minutes until soft.
05 - Add sauces and seasonings. Stir in green onions. Serve over rice.

01 - Can substitute other mushrooms.
02 - Oyster sauce optional.
