Chicken Pasta Primavera (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces farfalle pasta.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 pound chicken breast, diced.
04 - 1 cup broccoli florets.
05 - 1 cup bell peppers, diced.
06 - 1 cup asparagus, cut in 2-inch pieces.
07 - 1 cup carrots, shredded.
08 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved.
09 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
10 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.
12 - 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped.
13 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
14 - Lemon wedges (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Cook farfalle until al dente according to package directions.
02 - Sauté diced chicken with seasonings 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
03 - Sauté garlic, then add vegetables and cook 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
04 - Add tomatoes and chicken back to pan with pasta, heat through 2-3 minutes.
05 - Garnish with basil and Parmesan. Serve with optional lemon wedges.

01 - Can substitute any vegetables.
02 - Add red pepper flakes for heat.
03 - Leftovers keep well.
