Chicken Alfredo Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained.
02 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded.
03 - 2 cups Alfredo sauce.
04 - 2 cups ricotta cheese.
05 - 1 egg.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
08 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
09 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
10 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Combine ricotta, egg, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
03 - Spread Alfredo sauce in dish, add 3 noodles.
04 - Layer 1/3 each of ricotta mix, chicken, Alfredo sauce and mozzarella. Repeat twice.
05 - Cover with foil, bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes until golden.
06 - Cool 10 minutes, garnish with parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can use homemade or store-bought Alfredo.
02 - Can substitute chicken with vegetables.
03 - Keeps 3 days refrigerated.
