Beef and Cheese Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
03 - ½ tsp chili powder
04 - ½ tsp cumin
05 - ½ tsp garlic powder
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For the Wraps

07 - 4 large flour tortillas
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Optional Garnishes

10 - 1 cup salsa
11 - Fresh cilantro, chopped
12 - Sour cream or guacamole for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Stir in the chopped onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
02 - Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Stir until the spices are evenly distributed and the beef is well-seasoned.
03 - Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spoon the seasoned beef mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese generously over the beef.
04 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla toward the center, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
05 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the tortillas are golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
06 - Remove the wraps from the skillet and garnish with fresh cilantro, salsa, sour cream, or guacamole if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Use lean ground beef for less greasy results.
02 - Feel free to customize the spice level by adding more chili powder or cumin.
