Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1 small onion, finely diced.
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - 16 ounces refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits).
09 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for topping).
11 - 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese.
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Brown beef and onion, drain. Add seasonings and let cool slightly.
02 - Heat oven to 375°F. Flatten biscuits into 4-inch circles.
03 - Fill each circle with beef and cheese. Fold and seal edges.
04 - Brush with garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with parmesan.
05 - Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Cool 5 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired.
