Boat Dip (Rotel Ranch Dip) (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes, drained.
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 cup sour cream.
04 - 1 oz packet ranch seasoning.
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese.
06 - 1-2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
02 - Fold in drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheese until well mixed.
03 - Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
04 - Stir, transfer to serving bowl, garnish with cilantro if desired.

01 - Use Hot Rotel for extra spice.
02 - Can add bacon or green onions.
