Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar. Let sit 10 minutes until frothy.

Add sugar, butter, salt, eggs to yeast mixture. Mix in flour until soft dough forms. Knead until smooth.

Place dough in greased bowl, cover. Let rise 1 hour until doubled.

Roll dough into rectangle. Brush with butter, add cinnamon-sugar mix and blueberries.

Roll up dough, cut into 12 pieces. Place in baking dish.

Cover rolls, let rise 30 minutes until puffy.

Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla. Spread on warm rolls.
