Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup warm milk.
02 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet).
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
05 - 1 teaspoon salt.
06 - 2 eggs.
07 - 4 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 1 cup fresh blueberries.
09 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
10 - 2 tablespoons cinnamon.
11 - 2 tablespoons melted butter for filling.
12 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
13 - 1/4 cup butter, softened for frosting.
14 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
15 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar. Let sit 10 minutes until frothy.
02 - Add sugar, butter, salt, eggs to yeast mixture. Mix in flour until soft dough forms. Knead until smooth.
03 - Place dough in greased bowl, cover. Let rise 1 hour until doubled.
04 - Roll dough into rectangle. Brush with butter, add cinnamon-sugar mix and blueberries.
05 - Roll up dough, cut into 12 pieces. Place in baking dish.
06 - Cover rolls, let rise 30 minutes until puffy.
07 - Cook at 350°F for 25 minutes until golden.
08 - Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla. Spread on warm rolls.

01 - Press berries into dough before rolling.
02 - Use dental floss for clean cuts.
03 - Tent with foil if browning too fast.
04 - Can add lemon zest for extra flavor.
