# Ingredients:

01 - 1 French baguette, sliced.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil for bread.
03 - 1 lb beef tenderloin, cubed.
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil for beef.
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter.
07 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
09 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder for sauce.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.
12 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Brush baguette slices with oil, season, and bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
02 - Season cubed tenderloin, sear in hot oil 3-4 minutes until browned to desired doneness.
03 - Make roux with butter and flour. Add cream, simmer until thick. Stir in Parmesan and seasonings.
04 - Top each crostini with sauce, beef, more sauce, and herbs.
