Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined.
02 - 1/2 cup cornstarch.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional).
06 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
08 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce.
09 - 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha.
10 - 1 tablespoon honey.
11 - 1 tablespoon lime juice.
12 - 4 cloves garlic, minced (divided).
13 - 8 ounces spaghetti or fettuccine.
14 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
15 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
16 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped.
17 - Red pepper flakes (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Season shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika. Coat in cornstarch.
02 - Fry shrimp in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
03 - Boil pasta until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
04 - Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, lime juice and garlic.
05 - Sauté fresh garlic in oil, add pasta and sauce. Toss with shrimp.
06 - Top with Parmesan, green onions and optional red pepper flakes.

01 - Can add vegetables like peppers or spinach.
02 - Can substitute tofu for shrimp.
03 - Can be made gluten-free with substitutions.
