Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1½ cup All Purpose Flour
02 - 1 tbsp Sugar
03 - 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
04 - 1 tbsp Baking Powder
05 - ¼ tsp Salt

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 2 medium Ripe Bananas
07 - 1 Egg
08 - 1 cup Milk

→ Mix-ins

09 - ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
10 - ¼ cup Milk Chocolate Chips

→ For Serving

11 - Sliced Bananas
12 - Extra Chocolate Chips
13 - Maple Syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
02 - In separate bowl, mash bananas with fork then combine with milk and egg, beat until well combined.
03 - Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stir until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
04 - Grease pan with butter over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form and bottom is golden, about 2 minutes per side.
05 - Remove from pan and repeat with remaining batter.
06 - Top pancakes with sliced banana and chocolate chips, drizzle with maple syrup. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Use very ripe bananas for best flavor
02 - Batter should be lumpy - don't overmix
03 - Best served fresh and hot
