01 - 1 cup cottage cheese
02 - 4 large eggs
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
04 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives (optional)
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

06 - Diced bell peppers
07 - Spinach
08 - Tomatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheese, and green onions if using. Season with salt and pepper. Add any optional vegetables.
03 - Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until eggs are set and top is slightly golden.
04 - Let cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares and serve warm.
