Air Fryer Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits).
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or regular pepperoni slices.
04 - 1/4 cup pizza sauce.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning.
08 - Red pepper flakes (optional).
09 - Parmesan cheese (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
02 - Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
03 - Place cheese and pepperoni in center of each circle.
04 - Fold dough over filling and seal edges firmly.
05 - Brush with olive oil, add garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
06 - Air fry at 375°F for 10-13 minutes until golden.
07 - Enjoy hot with pizza sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Can add extra crispiness with 2-3 minutes more cooking.
02 - Ensure edges are well sealed to prevent cheese leaks.
03 - Leave space between bombs in air fryer for even cooking.
