# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
02 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
03 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

→ Equipment Needed

10 - 8-10 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
02 - Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
03 - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
04 - Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the pre-soaked wooden skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
05 - Place skewers in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
06 - Remove from air fryer, let rest for 3-5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
